Presel software is a superelement analysis application that efficiently assembles the superelements created by the Sesam preprocessors to form a complete model of a structure. The superelement technique involves creating first level superelements of parts of the structure. Using Presel module these part models are assembled through two or more levels to form the complete model.
Features:
- Easy positioning of superelements in an assembly by graphical means.
- Superelements may be translated, rotated and mirrored into position.
- Unlimited repetition of superelements (same superelement used in several positions).
- Cylindrical coordinate systems may be used for selecting nodes and for defining transformed boundary conditions.
- Combination of (assembling) loads on first level superelements.
- Definition of nodal loads, prescribed displacements and prescribed accelerations.
- Display of any superelement at any level.
- Various means for graphic verification of coupling of superelements and load combination.
